Yo, What's up! Joseph here
Happy New Year everyone! With every new year comes new goals, new changes, and a new perspective on the future. Well the same has happened here for me. I started the new year off by listening to a book that has been on my "To-Read" list for far too long. The book is called Atomic Habits by James Clear. The reason why I bring it up is because within the first chapter something resonated with me.

I can't get 1% better every day or every Tuesday night before publishing this newsletter if I keep doubting the value it provides and worry that I'm not including the right amount of content. So, I'm not saying that I'm going to stop writing this newsletter but what I'm saying is that sometimes it'll look like it has been, a curated list of relevant videos, thoughts, articles, etc. but also at times it'll look like this. Just my thoughts.
I stumbled upon a post which renamed the process of blogging to "tending to a digital garden." At first I was like wtf..? But then as I read one I realized, the same way I water my plants weekly and feed them fertilizer once a month, I can do the same with my content. I can don't have to push myself to create something great every week but I can allow myself to keep creating constantly without the pressure of it being perfect.
I hope all of this makes sense and you're on board with my thoughts. If you're curious to see my notes that I take for every book that I read you can view my Reading List [click here].
